Santander Group has announced plans to construct a new corporate building in Santiago , Chile for its operations there . The new building will set milestones in multiple dimensions , notably for environmental sustainability , energy efficiency , contribution to the wider city and job quality for those employees who work there .

The Nordic Investment Bank ( NIB ) and Demant A / S , a Danish hearing healthcare company , have signed a new sevenyear loan agreement of DKK 750 million ( EUR 100.80 million ) to help finance the company ’ s audiological devices and technology research investments . Demant has a very significant and comprehensive R & D programme and a very large portion of this is carried out in close cooperation with several universities , research centres and companies in Denmark .
