Baader Bank chooses Broadridge ’ s platform for regulatory trade and transaction reporting

Baader Bank AG has chosen global FinTech Broadridge Financial Solutions , solution for its regulatory trade and transaction reporting . The agreement further extends Broadridge ’ s strategic relationship with the bank , which is a user of Broadridge ’ s front and middle office suite of solutions for order management , trading and market connectivity .

Baader Bank offers its clients access to a full spectrum of asset classes including equities , bonds , derivatives and funds / ETFs , as well as primary market transactions . Broadridge ’ s platform supports the bank to effectively meet the evolving requirements across multiple jurisdictions due to today ’ s fast changing regulatory landscape , including MiFID , FinfraG , EMIR ( Refit ) and SFTR . Baader Bank will adopt Broadridge ’ s holistic reporting solution that will ensure a more unified and comprehensive regulatory reporting framework .

Clearcover , a next-generation car insurance company , has announced the launch of its Generative AI solution that further digitises statement collection , significantly streamlining the insurance claims process and customer experience .

The AI-driven solution utilises large language models ( LLMs ) to guide a conversational experience immediately following First Notice of Loss ( FNOL ). The claims intake tool collects the required information about the incident , which is typically collected in adjuster follow-up calls , to process and pay a claim .

Clearcover launches Generative AI insurance tool to expedite claims processing and improve customer experience

As one of the first-to-market InsurTech ’ s to include this capability , Clearcover is rolling out a series of AI products to enhance its end-toend insurance experience . Earlier this year , Clearcover ’ s custom-built claims assistant began supporting claims adjusters in analysing files and drafting communications to claimants and their representatives . The company also plans to integrate conversational AI into its mobile app to answer customer questions 24 / 7 in real-time . The feature will later be included within the company ’ s agent portal and website .
